State Vision News Service Jammu, Oct. 21 JAMMU: Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha said on Monday that Pakistan is to blame for the recent attacks because they are angry over the peaceful and successful elections that have taken place in Jammu and Kashmir and the people s demonstration of their faith in democracy.
